Could you please try to re-initiate payment to see if there is an error?
Could you please use F12 to open the console and select “Console” and after refreshing, check if there is an error and take a screenshot for us?
We may need to chcek with our technical team for this issue, since now many same issues like that.

Прямо дичь какая-то. В мою молодость, цыгане на рынке продавали китайские ковры. Домой приносишь, вешаешь на стену. Днем - вроде ничего. А ночью ковер зеленым начинает искриться, а на нем портрет Мао Цзе Дуна в гробу появляется. Такие вот традиции...
